Returns and refunds
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns for products that were shipped by us and if the item is defective due to our error (e.g., wrong item or substandard goods). The item(s) must be returned together with the proof of purchase.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Also, intimate and hygiene items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If the return is due to the consumer's reasons, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods are received damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for the return of a product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Any unsuccessful delivery due to errors by the customer in providing the delivery address or the unavailability of the customer, or any loss of products due to the security of the customer’s residence (as long as the shipping companies confirm that the order was delivered) are NOT eligible for return or refund.
If your order contains multiple items, we will ONLY refund the defective part, not the entire order.
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Often it takes a certain processing time (2-5 business days) for the refund to be credited.
